Mixed media abstract on 36,7 x 54 cm paper. This work was done over some time.  
Lots of free mark making, then pulling in the reins, breaking down shapes again until shapes started emerging and the story of Jonah in the Bible came to my mind.
My abstracts usually happen like that. I keep on painting and layering, until the work reveals to me what it wants to say or be.
